Former BSF jawan shot dead his daughter in the court premises . The rapist was shot dead in front of the court gate by a Former BSF jawan.  The incident took place on Friday in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh.  The deceased was identified as Dilshad Hussain, 25.  He is a resident of Muzaffarpur in Bihar.  Dilshad was granted bail a couple of months ago.  He came to Gorakhpur court again on Friday in a case of abduction and rape.  Dilshad was waiting for a lawyer in front of the court gate.  It was half past one in the afternoon.  Former BSF jawan Bhagwat Nishad and his son Nandalal reached there before Dilshad's lawyer arrived.  Allegedly, Bhagwat then shot Dilshad in the head with his own licensed gun.  Dilshad fell on the spot.
